The Schneider Electric MTN6725-0003 SpaceLogic KNX DALI Gateway Basic is a professional lighting control device that bridges the gap between the KNX bus and one DALI output. It operates as a Single-Master Controller compliant with EN 62386 ed/1 and ed/2 standards and can control DALI ECGs of both editions in a mixed manner. Thanks to its integrated DALI power supply, it does not require an external power supply for the ECGs. In terms of technical specifications, the device operates in a wide voltage range of 100-240 V AC and supports a mains frequency of 50/60 Hz. It draws 5 mA of current from the KNX bus. It is a Category I DALI controller and can manage up to 64 ECGs, which can be divided into 16 groups, via a single DALI channel. It is optimized for LED lighting control. Mechanically, it is suitable for DIN rail mounting and has a width of 4 modules. Its dimensions are 8.2 cm (height) x 13.3 cm (width) x 15.8 cm (depth), and it weighs 208 g. With an IP20 protection rating, the device is designed for indoor panel applications. It is available in white. Thanks to its upgradable software feature, the device allows for firmware updates to meet future requirements. However, it should be noted that due to its Single-Master Controller structure, it does not support DALI-2 sensors (motion, presence detectors, switches, etc.). It is suitable for use in lighting automation projects for various market segments such as commercial buildings, offices, schools, hotels, and critical buildings.
