To cancel an order or return an item, follow these steps:
1. For online orders, call the Customer Contact Center at +90 552 709 72 84 or visit/call your local branch.
2. Ensure the item is undamaged, in a merchantable condition (only if defective/damaged on delivery) and includes all original packaging and accessories.
3. Request a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the last item in your order. Report defective products immediately.
4. Returns made after 30 days are subject to the discretion of the Branch Manager and a restocking fee may apply.
5. Some out-of-stock and special items may not be returned or may require an additional handling fee.
6. All return costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. For online orders, call the Customer Contact Center or fill out the Order Cancellation Form.
8. Report any shortages to your local branch or our Customer Contact Center within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that your legal rights are not affected by this.
