To cancel an order or return a product, follow these steps:
1. For online orders, call the Customer Contact Center on +90 552 709 72 84 or visit/call your local branch.
2. Make sure that the product is undamaged, in a saleable condition (only if defective/damaged during delivery) and includes all original packaging and accessories.
3. Request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the last item in your order. Report defective products immediately.
4. Returns after 30 days are subject to the discretion of the Branch Manager and a restocking fee may apply.
5. Some out-of-stock and specialty items may not be refundable or may require an additional processing fee.
6. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. For online orders, call the Customer Contact Center or fill out the Order Cancellation Form.
8. Report shortages to your local branch or our Customer Contact Center within 14 days of delivery.
