It is an ideal solution for controlling systems such as lighting, HVAC and shading in building automation systems. It is designed for engineers and system integrators who want to increase energy efficiency, raise the level of automation and improve sustainability.
The Schneider Electric MTN6700-0012 is a REG-K series switch actuator with 12 independent channels, designed for KNX building automation systems. The device is optimized for operation at a nominal operating voltage of 100...240 V AC and a mains frequency of 50...60 Hz. Offering a nominal current capacity of 16 A per channel, this actuator has a total of 12 modules (18 mm x 12) and supports standard DIN rail mounting. Thanks to its manual operation mode, the KNX allows for physical control independent of the bus connection. It boasts a robust load handling capacity; at 230 V AC, it supports up to 3600 W for incandescent bulbs, 2500 W for halogen bulbs, and 2000 VA for fluorescent bulbs with parallel compensation. Furthermore, under 240 V AC, the incandescent bulb capacity reaches 3840 W. It is capable of operating up to 105 µF (16 A) for capacitive loads. The unit has an IP20 protection rating and measures 7.5 cm in height, 12.5 cm in width, and 27 cm in depth. Weighing 936 grams, the device offers flexible installation thanks to its modular structure that can be connected in different stages, and it comes with an 18-month manufacturer's warranty.
