The MTN6606-0008 from the Schneider SpaceLogic KNX series is a professional annual time clock with 8 independent channels. Mounted on a TH35 DIN rail with a width of 3 modules (approx. 54 mm), this device operates with 24 V DC voltage and 12 mA current via the KNX bus, while the mains supply is in the 110-240 V AC range. The product offers daily, weekly and yearly programming options, as well as an astronomical time function that automatically calculates sunrise and sunset times. Its memory with a total of 800 switching time locations provides a large capacity for complex automation scenarios. Thanks to the integrated lithium battery, it has a power reserve of 8 years and the time accuracy is less than ±0.5 seconds per day. It can synchronize external time via DCF or GPS antenna connection and transmit date/time information to other devices on the bus. The device, which has PIN coding feature for security, can be manually controlled via the illuminated LCD screen and can also be programmed via PC via memory card interface. Two-line screwless terminals for each channel provide ease of connection. The shortest switching time is 1 second and supports advanced functions such as impulse, loop and holiday programs. Measuring 8.0 cm in height, 8.4 cm in width and 10.4 cm in depth, the 198 gram device is IP20 rated and has a white plastic housing.
