Product Description
MTN644492 KNX Digital Input REG-K/4×10 is the ideal solution for increasing the efficiency and flexibility of building automation systems. This digital input module offers 4 independent digital inputs, allowing you to integrate signals from sensors, switches and other devices with the KNX network. Manufactured by Schneider Electric in Germany, this product offers superior quality in reliability and performance.
The Schneider Electric MTN644492 (REG-K/4x10) is a 4-channel binary input module from the SpaceLogic KNX product series. It is designed to connect four conventional push buttons or potential-free contacts to the KNX bus system. The module internally generates the SELV signal voltage, which is electrically isolated from the bus line. The maximum contact voltage is 10 V (pulsed), the maximum contact current is 2 mA (pulsed), and cable lengths up to 50 m are supported. The bus current consumption is 18 mA. It is equipped with an integrated bus connector and pluggable screw terminals; a separate data rail is not required. It is suitable for mounting on a TH35 DIN rail according to EN 60715 standard. The device has a width of 2.5 modules (approx. 45 mm) and dimensions of 72 x 77 x 97 mm. It weighs 156 g. The protection class is IP20, and the material is plastic. A yellow LED indicates the input voltage level at each input, while a green LED indicates that the application has been loaded and the device is ready to operate. KNX software functions include switching via 1 or 2 inputs, dimmer and shutter control, 8-bit shutter position values, 1/2/4/8-bit and 2-byte telegram pulse edges, short/long press discrimination, start telegram, periodic transmission, 8-bit linear regulator, disable function, on/off contact mode, and vibration suppression time. It is an ideal solution for integrating conventional switching elements into the KNX system in commercial and industrial building automation projects.
