The Schneider Electric SpaceLogic™ series MF20-230F (model MF20-230F T54 00) is a rotary electric actuator designed for precise control of VF208W butterfly valves. Operating on a 230V AC supply voltage, this device offers a tightening torque of 20 Nm (177 lb.in) and is optimized for valve sizes between DN25 and DN100. It supports 2-position (on/off) and floating control signals and boasts a fast operating time of 9 seconds. Thanks to its spring-free return mechanism, the actuator maintains its current position (stay in place) in the event of a power failure. Electrical connections are made via a terminal block, and the device can be mounted directly onto the valve without requiring a mounting kit. With an IP54 protection class and Class II electrical insulation, the MF20-230F offers energy efficiency with an operating power consumption of 3 W (7 VA) and a standby power consumption of 0.4 W. The device, which has a stroke indicator on its housing, measures 30 cm in height, 20 cm in width, and 15.2 cm in depth.
