The ABB IPR/S3.1.1 is an advanced IP router that connects the KNX bus to an Ethernet network. The device acts as a high-speed line and area connector using the KNXnet/IP protocol (Routing and Tunneling). Offering full filter table support for maingroups 0-31, the product enhances system security and performance. Technical specifications include a choice of 12...30 V DC external power supply or PoE (IEEE 802.3af class 1) power supply. The power consumption is 1.5 W. It allows ETS programming from multiple clients thanks to 5 tunneling servers. IP address assignment can be done via fixed or DHCP. When standard multicast communication is disabled, up to 10 IPR/S 3.1.1 units can communicate via unicast. Designed for DIN rail (MDRC) mounting, the device measures 36 mm (2 modules) wide, 90 mm high, and 64.5 mm deep. With its IP20 rated plastic housing (RAL 7035) and 0.1 kg weight, it offers a compact solution for professional control panels.
